Return and refund policy for CalmIndex products

Digital goods
Digital products are delivered by email or secure download. Once files are made available or download links are activated, performance has begun. Under EU consumer rules, you may lose the right to withdraw once delivery starts with your consent. If you have not downloaded or accessed materials, contact us promptly so we can verify delivery logs and discuss options.
Eligibility for refunds on digital products
If digital materials are defective, incomplete, or inaccessible due to an error on our side, we will provide a corrected copy or issue a refund within fourteen days of a verified request. If you purchased by mistake before accessing content, contact us within the first forty-eight hours of purchase confirmation; we may grant a goodwill refund at our discretion if access logs show no meaningful use.
Live Balance Calls
If you cancel a scheduled Balance Call more than twenty-four hours in advance, you may reschedule or request a refund of the session fee. Cancellations within twenty-four hours may be subject to a partial fee to cover preparation time. If CalmIndex cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling, whichever you prefer.
How to request a return or refund
Send a message through the contact hub on plozarinmmcrizia.world with your order reference, product name, and a clear description of the issue. We may ask for screenshots or other evidence to verify technical problems. We respond within a few business days with confirmation and next steps.
Refund methods
Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase, unless that method is unavailable, in which case we will propose an alternative bank transfer. If you paid by invoice, we will credit the invoice or issue a reversal according to your accounting needs.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may pause further deliveries until the dispute is resolved. We will cooperate with accurate records to help your bank or card provider. Good-faith contact through the contact hub often resolves issues faster than a dispute.
Faulty content updates
If a CalmIndex product file is updated to fix a documented defect, we will notify purchasers by email when feasible. If you already received a corrected version, a refund may not be necessary unless the defect materially affected your ability to use the product.
Statutory rights
